Amazing garage, the lads are so lovely and welcoming. Their communication with me was excellent I received updated calls and texts throughout the service. They were able to drop my car to my home. They are very honest and my car always come back in a better condition than I left it. Only garage I trust with my car. Would 100% recommend.

I called up Ross Motors needing an urgent replacement of break pads and disks (same day!), after being turned away by several garages, Ross’ team told me to come down asap and they’ll see what they can do. Low and behold, all sorted a few hours later. I can’t recommend them enough, we will absolutely be going back to them. A really excellent service, thank you!!

Outstanding customer service and by far one of the BEST mechanics in Streatham! All the staff were very professional, knowledgable and friendly. I was super impressed by their efficiency and communication as I was kept updated by email and text throughout the time my car was with them. First time going to Ross Motors for my MOT and annual service and would highly recommend. Will definitely be getting any repairs/service needed there from now on. I know nothing about cars so it’s nice to be able to trust these guys! It was a pleasure dealing with Gavin, he went out of his way to make sure I got my car back on time.
